Feature
Silicone rubber O rings has excellent weather resistance and is rapidly degraded even under the action of ozone generated
by corona discharge without being affected by ozone. The Si-O-Si
bond in silicone rubber is very stable to oxygen, ozone and ultraviolet rays, and it has excellent weather resistance without adding any
additives. This weather resistance allows silicone rubber to remain
stable under high temperature, high pressure, and ultraviolet
irradiation.
Silicone rubber has the characteristics of cold resistance and high
temperature resistance, and is suitable for the temperature range
of -60℃~260℃. It can be used in microwaves and ovens, so some lunch boxes and
bowls are made of silicone.
