Standard packer cups types:

Wire packer cups: Engineered as a directional packing element, our slick type packer cup forms a seal to stop communication from one zone to another. Its automatically sealing lip maintains pressure on the side it’s pointed toward. Wire packer cups are available with multiple inserts and compounds and in a range of casing weights. Depending on the application, they can be installed on custom tools or mandrels as a single or dual cup or in multiple combinations.

Heavy-duty packer cups: Specifically designed and heat-treated for maximum durability and stability, these packer oilfield cups are ideal for use in washing wells and other applications requiring continuous working of the cup. Thanks to their double-basket design, they’re more resistant than other packer cups to high-pressure applications. Also available are complete heavy-duty packer cup units.

All-rubber packer cups: We make these packer cups from high-quality, abrasion-resistant rubber compounds that reduce the impact of wear and tear. Without any wiring or metal in the cup, all-rubber cups are more flexible that other types.

Threaded packer cups: Threaded and all-rubber threaded packer cups are best-suited for steaming applications. The integrated threaded insert facilitates the connection of an assembly or tool. Note that threaded packer cups are not engineered for high-pressure wash processes.

Our Packer Cups are available in various sizes right from a 1-1/4″ tubing through a 7″ casing and more. Specific sizes / designs can be developed based on your requirements.

Rubber Packer cups are drillable composite tools that are created to allow for the zonal isolation of materials in situations where multi-stage drilling and stimulation is performed. Although these packer cups can consist of a variety of materials, we offer them in FKM, , HNBR and nitrile rubber. packer cups are typically available in a variety of sizes as well, making our customization skills of primary importance for each unique situation presented.

The TA swab cup is a medium-duty, all-rubber variable lip cup that offers greater flexibility under lighter loads.

The MV swab cup is a light-duty, all-rubber cup especially effective in fluid with a high ratio of suspended sand. It has multiple flexible, upturned lips that easily.

The V swab cup is a ring-type, single-lip, flexible, all-rubber cup molded on a steel bushing. It is ideal for lifting sand-laden fluids and for light-load swabbing. It is a single version of the MV swab cup.
