Product Description
Hammer union seals are used in the connections between flexible
hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides
a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware.
Hammer unions consist of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut
that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an
elastomeric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out
when inverted.
Common Hammer Union Types include Threaded Hammer Unions (40, 50, and 602 to 1502),Butt Weld Hammer Unions (602, 1502, and 2202),Threaded & Butt Weld Hammer Unions (100 to 400)
We currently mainly provide union seals suitable for FIG1502, FIG1002, FIG602, FIG 206, FIG607 styles. And other types we can customize according to samples or

Union seal with stainless steel ring | It has high corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion from weak
corrosive media such as air, steam, water, and chemical substances
such as acid, alkali, and salt. The strength and corrosion
resistance of stainless steel vary with the alloy elements, and it
has high heat resistance and wear resistance. |
Rubber union seal | Rubber seals have good elasticity and compression memory, and can
adapt to a wide range of temperatures, from extremely low
temperatures to high temperatures. Their manufacturing cost is
relatively low, making them suitable for large-scale production and
application. In low-pressure, low-temperature and normal
temperature environments, rubber seals usually have better sealing
effects than metal seals. |
